Most stands, counters, plinths and props start as a timber or MDF carcass built in the joinery. We cut on the panel saw and CNC, assemble, fill and sand, then finish with paint, laminate or veneer. The carpenters also build crates and packing for delicate pieces, which is half the battle when a sculpture has to travel.
